1972 Hatteras 44 Tri Cabin

Beautiful example of a meticulously maintained 1972 Hatteras Tri cabin with the preferred upper deck and custom aluminum soft top. Paramour is powered with very reliable Detroit 871 naturals with low hours producing 318 hp per engine. She is equipped with a 12.5 kw Westrbeke generator with 136 hours capable of powering entire vessel including its two 16,000 and one 24,000 btu air conditioners. The 24,000 btu is an lg 240 volt system that is very quiet and energy efficient. Hull and topside have been painted recently. Bottom painted 4-15-2023 and cleaned monthly. All thru hulls and sea cocks  have been replaced. Engines and generator maintenance are all up to date with no deficiencies. No soft spots anywhere on this battlewagon. Entering the large main salon the carpet has been updated, new headliner, featuring a flat screen tv and updated futon with Updated window treatments. All windows have been replaced and re bedded. Access to the engine and generator are through the large custom in floor hatches in salon. Galley equipped with full size refrigerator / freezer, electric stove/ oven and microwave. Fwd berth features two large single beds with ample storage and accompanying full head and shower. Mid ship berth has two single berths with storage. Large mid ship head with full shower. Aft berth has two single beds with two closets and built in drawers and additional storage throughout. Aft full sized head features large shower and full head. All heads have been updated to use fresh water in toilets. Counters in salon/ kitchen and bathrooms upgraded to stainless steel. The owner has gone through the electrical systems at great expense updating all wiring removing any obsolete wiring and ensuring all wiring is run and connected correctly. Recent experienced surveyor says Paramour is the cleanest, best maintained vessel of this vintage he has seen in several decades.
