The Cruisers 405 Express Motoryacht offers boating enthusiasts a virtual express layout on the upper deck while providing full aft cabin comfort below. The 405's cockpit features the kind of comfortable seating associated with traditional express boats with virtually no separation between bridge and cockpit. A full express-style windshield provides exceptional weather and wind protection. An aft-deck hardtop with wing doors and full weather enclosure is standard aboard the 405; owners may also elect to have a hardtop that covers the bridge deck. Below, the 405 Express Motoryacht will delight owners and guests alike with its warm cherry interior and natural light. The bright, airy salon features a large convertible dinette, comfortable L-shaped sofa with double incliners and a wonderful view all around due to the imaginative window treatments on each side. There's also a fully appointed galley with large, upright refrigerator/ freezer. A luxurious master stateroom is located aft and features a full walk-around queen-size bed, generous master head with separate shower and lots of seating and storage. A second stateroom is located forward with private head access and separate shower; it also boasts a centrally located queen-size bed.  Central Vacuum system with hose and tools beneath cabin entry stairs. Shore Power Cord Cablemaster deploy/retrieve & storage system is installed on aft hull side forward of the swim platform. A 50 ft. 50Amp 240 Volt Hubbell Shore Power cord with twist-lock connector is provided.

Upgrades in 2024:

Replaced Engine Starting Battery Disconnect Switch. Removed and replaced both PME Electronic Modules. Removed one and installed two new battery isolators. Removed and installed one new battery solenoid. Removed and replaced circuit breaker panel in the engine room.

 Performed re-program on electronic throttle/shifters.

 Replaced boarding lights and four overhead lights in bridge deck overhead. Replaced Bomar Hatch Lens and gasket in aft cabin.

 

 

Upgrades made during current ownership:

Purchased a 25ft. Hubbel 240 volt 50 amp shore power cord with twist-lock connectors to provide for bow-in docking. 

Replaced both Tide Seal dripless shaft logs and installed grounding straps with wipers on shafts.  Replaced DC wiring harness in aft bilge.

Removed flooring in salon and replaced with custom built heavy teak and holly wood Salon sole, engine and utility room hatch and entrance stairway.

Removed both propellers serviced, balanced & reinstalled. Installed an additional bilge pump in area beneath aft bed.

Replaced aft cabin rope lighting.

Replaced aft AC cooling pump and AC sea strainer.

2023 Replaced port engine raw water intake sea cock.

2022 Replaced all bedding, mattresses, bed spreads, window treatments, pillows & shams and soft goods in forward and aft cabins with very high quality custom goods. Replaced all upholstery on sofa and bankette in salon. Replaced all salon curtains with high quality shear material.

Replaced all bridge deck seating upholstery with high grade vinyl in two contrasting colors.

2022 Varnished bridge deck folding table with 10 coats of varnish. Installed on bridge deck,

custom made Stratoglass enclosures with high grade vinyl frames and high quality marine grade zippers, all with new tracks and roll-up straps & stainless snaps.   Stainless bayonets on interior hardtop to allow opening panels.  Stratoglass Connector with zip-open panels on windshield to hardtop. 2021 Installed custom vinyl zippered sunshade to snap over connector. 2021 Installed custom SAMOID fitted helm station Cover.  Installed custom white PVC mesh one-piece shade for entire wind shield. 2023

Removed "Cruisers Yachts" logo and replaced with custom logo on port & starboard pilasters.

Installed small refrigerator in bar on bridge deck.

Installed Chrome Searchlight on Hardtop with remote control. Replaced overhead light fixtures in bridge deck.

Installed Garmin 8612 XSV Chartplotter. 2021 Install Garmin 8610 Display. 2021 Install Garmin 424 HD2 Radar with Open Array. 2021 Install Garmin GMI 20 and 6-8 Pin Transducer Block. 2021 Install Custom Simulated Burled Cherry Instrument Panels 2021.

Installed new Bomar hatch on starboard side of hardtop.

2021 Installed heavy duty windshield wiper arms and blades. 2022 Install twin trumpet air horns to replace single horn.

2022 Installed new stainless steel fender racks on railings. 2021 New 10" black fenders with black Yacht Braid line in 2023. 5 New 3/8" Black Yacht Braid dock lines in 2022.

Installed new fuel gauge sending unit in starboard fuel tank.2023 Cleaned Port & Starboard Fuel Tanks.

2023 Installed new batteries including bow thruster in 2022.

Rebuilt bow thruster motor in 2023.

Removed and repainted non-skid on hardtop.  Repainted hull sides from side railing stanchions to hull/deck joint with Almond color Awlgrip paint in 2022

. Replaced anchor windlass foot swItch and covers.

2023 Replaced fresh water house pump and hoses.

2022 Pressure cleaned hardtop, removed joint trim pieces, re-caulked joint and replaced trim pieces with stainless steel screws.

2023 Replaced forward shower sump box & pump with all new hoses & wiring. 

2023 Replaced swim platform hatch gaskets in 2023

Had fabricated, and installed a custom bow seating cushion which is heavy vinyl on top and edges and has Textaline mesh on bottom for draining. It has backrest for two adults and will seat four adults.  Can be stored on bridge deck. 2023

Exterior is washed once each and after any use away from dock.

All Strato Glass enclosures are posished monthly.  Stainless is polished every 90 days  Hull posished every six months.
