SALES / SERVICE / CUSTOMER HISTORY: 2024- 1,000 Hour Service completed on both engines including- heat exchanger removal & service- drain coolant, remove lower and upper coolant pipes, temp sensor, coolant recovery line, unbolt upper, mid, & lower support brackets, lower cooler from engines, change hoses and clamps, replace O-rings, service heat exchangers- flush, disassemble, clean, inspect, change O-rings, reassemble, pressure test prime and paint heat exchangers. After Cooler Service- while heat exchangers are removed, remove and boost pipe between cooler and turbo -unbolt cooler from support brackets- unbolt and remove air cross over connection – remove cooler from vessel- change cross over connections O-rings, Service After coolers- flush, heat and remove hardware, remove end caps, remove upper housing cover, remove core hardware, remove and service core – clean upper and lower housing, change gaskets, reassemble aftercoolers, pressure test prime and paint – install cooler and align with turbo- change boost hose & install pipe. Exhaust leak on both port and stbd manifold. While aftercooler & heat exchanger are removed – disconnect exhaust risers and supports- disconnect and remove turbo for inspection – remove exhaust manifolds and verify that warpage is not present- clean all surfaces-remove sot and paint area- replace gaskets and hardware- replace manifolds-reinstall all items. Fuel Coolers-remove and replace- close fuel valves- remove water intake hoses – remove fuel lines and brackets – groom fitting – prime and paint units – install new fuel coolers. Gear Oil Coolers- remove and replace with new- remove outlet hoses- remove gear oil hoses-groom fittings with new- install new gear oil coolers. Remove and replace cam inserts and impellers –remove cover- impeller and pull insert cam shells from pump – insert dowel pins and new cam inserts – replace impeller. Valve Lash/injector lash check and adjustment –remove valve cover- replace grommets and perimeter gasket – rotate engines and inspect/adjust to Cummins spec – replace valve cover. Service Air intake system-remove and replace air filter- remove drain line- remove lower house service crankcase breather system – replace breather element – reinstall. Belt Replacement – remove belt guard – loosen alternator – replace belt and adjust to spec. All batteries replaced with new.(Work Order 574895 Available) Anchor Rode (150’) & Chain (14’) replaced
