21 SEA SANDS was built in the UK Princess Yachts yard and delivered in 2009. Refit in 2014, and again significantly upgraded in 2021/2022, the refit saw a new sundeck layout, new interior décor, furniture, electronics, and major mechanical services.
Accommodation is for eight guests in four staterooms. These consist of an owner-suite amidship with a king-sized bed, a VIP stateroom forward with a king-sized bed, a stateroom with a queen-sized bed, and a twin cabin convertible into a double. All staterooms come with television sets, entertainment systems, and full en-suite facilities.
The customized sundeck is alive with possibilities for outdoor entertainment. The aft area is devoted to relaxation while to starboard forward is a large bar with a sink, fridge, ice maker, and a Teppanyaki grill. In front of the bar, a large LCD television monitor serves as an open-air cinema. To port, a big integrated sofa seats eight guests for al fresco dining, and the entire deck can be protected from the sun by a large sliding roof. Twin MTU M93 2000 engines give a cruising speed of 12 knots (25 knots top) and she is fitted with zero-speed at-rest stabilizers.
